Your Responsibilities
* Execute projects for customers independently, often on-site, focusing on device development of mechanical autoinjectors.
* Lead work packages and serve as a device development representative within international project teams, collaborating with development, process engineering, and quality departments.
* Solve problems and develop solutions balancing technology, business needs, and compliance.
* Act as an integrator between teams and sites.
* Advise and consult customers and suppliers, taking indirect leadership as appropriate.
Your Skills and Experience
* Master's degree in mechanical engineering or natural sciences.
* At least 5 years of experience in device development of autoinjectors or parenteral devices.
* Proficiency with mechanical design tools like SolidWorks.
* Independent, self-organized, and hands-on approach.
* Strong systematic and analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.
* Team player who works efficiently and flexibly in interdisciplinary teams.
* Decisive leader when necessary.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
* Work location: Basel area, in a small, ambitious MedTech company offering flexible hours, modern conditions, and development opportunities.
