* Follow up on action items, timelines, and required documentation to enable smooth execution.
* Support deviation‑related activities by coordinating information flow between Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.

Tracking, Reporting & Documentation

* Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and status updates related to materials, shipments, and readiness.
* Own the accuracy and maintenance of campaign progression data, including OMP‑related tracking, ensuring consistency across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Lonza‑reported data.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

* Act as a first line of response for operational issues related to materials, logistics, and execution.
* Escalate issues with clear data, options, and recommendations to the Associate Director.
* Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, tracking, and operational robustness.
