How you create impact
* Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and Total Rewards stakeholders to support business objectives with expert analysis and guidance
* Manage the Performance Bonus target setting and calculation process for the Senior Management globally.
* Provide compensation offers and calculations for Top and Senior Management, manage contracts, and ensure data integrity across all systems
* Drive global compensation initiatives, including redesigning programs and integrating new reward strategies in collaboration with senior Total Rewards leadership
* Act as a subject matter expert for compensation-related HR systems, supporting system development and optimization
* Maintain high-quality Compensation and Benefits data and deliver insightful reports for Senior Management and ad hoc business needs
What we would like you to bring
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; Master's in HR or MBA preferred
* 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Finance within a global, matrixed organization
* Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a strong asset
* Deep understanding of financial principles, employment law, and tax implications
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools
* Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
