Responsibilities
* SAP 2nd-Level Support and management of 3rd-Level activities, including interface coordination with non-SAP systems
* Collaborate with departments to design and optimize business processes according to industry standards
* Lead changes and small to medium-sized projects
* Create technical documentation, training materials, and specifications
* Configure systems, conduct testing, and train key users to ensure proper system utilization
* Work with IT, internal clients, and external service providers to promote innovation and guide team members
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP SD, preferably with 2 S/4HANA projects
* Deep knowledge of S/4HANA; familiarity with PS, CS, MM, FI advantageous
* Experience with system integrations and master data management (SAP Business Partner, FIORI apps)
* Knowledge of ABAP and system configuration
* Fluent in English; German or French advantageous
