Your responsibilities You take full entrepreneurial responsibility for the New Installations division – with a strong focus on business development, revenue growth and long-term customer retention
You develop and manage a national sales strategy aimed at increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction
You lead and develop a performance-driven team across sales, project management and operations
You identify market opportunities early on, develop new business segments and position the company as the first choice for key decision-makers, investors and planners
You own the division’s full P&L responsibility, drive budget and forecasting processes and actively improve all relevant performance indicators
You represent the company at executive level and build lasting relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
Your profile Several years of experience in a comparable sales leadership role – ideally within the elevator, construction or building technology industry
Proven success in growing business units, leading sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on profitable growth and sustainable customer value
Excellent communication skills in German, English and French (minimum B2 level in all three)
Completed commercial qualification and ideally also a technical one, alternatively a solid education in one of the two areas combined with substantial experience in a project based environment
Natural leadership presence with the ability to inspire, empower and develop high-performing teams
