Contract Manager
The Contact Manager acts as the primary interface between WinGD and customers for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs). The role ensures smooth communication, coordination, and execution of service commitments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main point of contact for LTSA customers, ensuring timely updates on service execution, spare parts delivery, and maintenance schedules.
2. Oversee end-to-end delivery of maintenance services, including tools, spare parts, and workshop logistics. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and adapt to changes in scope or timing.
3. Support LTSA lifecycle from proposal preparation and negotiation to execution and renewal. Ensure technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements.
4. Work closely with Sales, Field Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Experts to resolve issues promptly and deliver seamless service.
5. Track service KPIs, manage invoicing input, and provide regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and upsell additional solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
Your Profile
7. Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical/commercial field
8. 7–10 years of experience in the merchant marine industry across service operations, business development, and customer support
9. Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven experience in 2-stroke engine service models, LTSA management, customer engagement, and global cross-functional collaboration
10. Strong communication and relationship building skills
11. Working experience in SAP S/4HANA, CRM tools (, ShareCRM), and Microsoft Office
12. Self-driven, hands-on, and structured, with a proactive mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
13. Team-oriented and aligned with WinGD’s values of innovation, customer focus, and sustainable progress
14. Fluent in English and Greek; any additional languages are an asset
15. Willingness to travel internationally.
