What you’ll do:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CQV, CSV, and small‑device specialists, including hiring and qualification.
* Define and implement the CQV/CSV strategy for Advanced Synthesis Conjugates facilities in alignment with the Lonza Visp site.
* Provide CQV/CSV expertise for equipment, utilities, clean rooms, and small devices, acting as the interface between engineering and operations.
* Make strategic decisions on CQV/CSV standards and approaches during project engineering phases.
* Ensure quality and compliance in commissioning, qualification, validation, and support GMP risk assessments.
* Serve as SME for designated areas, support audits and inspections, and contribute to CQV standards development.
* Manage resources, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong communication and collaboration across Manufacturing, QA, QC, Support Functions, and Engineering.
What we are looking for:
* Proven leader in CQV/CSV within biopharma or advanced synthesis environments.
* Strong background in cGMPs.
* Proficient knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
* Proven leadership skills with a strong team orientation.
* Outstanding communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Structured, focused, and well‑organized working attitude.
* Agile, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
* Proficient in German with strong English communication skills.
