You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through transformation initiatives, system implementations, and optimizations while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to business development. * SAP Solution Advisory & Design: Analyze business needs and design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion solutions aligned with industry best practices. * Project Delivery Ownership: Lead or contribute to implementation workstreams, including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities. * Retail Functional Expertise: Deliver solutions across the retail value chain (merchandising, supply chain, pricing, finance, and omnichannel). * Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership: Act as a key client contact, lead workshops, and mentor junior consultants. * Business Development & Innovation: Support presales, contribute to proposals, and stay current on SAP innovations and retail industry trends. ## **YOUR PROFILE** ## * Experience & Expertise: 6 years in SAP Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA Fashion with strong functional skills (Merchandising, Article Management, Pricing, Promotions; CAR/POS integration is a plus); * Project Delivery: Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs; * Retail Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of fashion/retail processes (seasonality, assortme...
