Do you already have experience as the technical lead in various software projects, as well as a strong understanding of complex application landscapes and the business areas of banking and insurance? As a crucial member (part-time possible) of a dynamic team at our headquarters in Zurich, you will collaborate with other interdisciplinary departments in agile projects that make a strong impact on the software architectures of our clients. Leading the technical part of projects, making critical decisions to ensure project success
* Leading client workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals
* Designing and building architectures for complex software systems in the Java Enterprise ecosystem
* Identifying, anticipating, and mitigating technical risks to ensure project stability and success
* Providing developers and system integrators with technical leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment
* A bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university of applied sciences/university) in computer science
* 5 or more years of experience in technical leadership, as well as architecting and developing complex projects (more than 10 team members) in the Java Enterprise ecosystem
* Backend experience with Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer or MySQL/MariaDB, Redis etc.
* Frontend experience with mobile (iOS, Android, hybrid), Angular, and React
* Practical experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker, as well as cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
* Proficiency in German and English
* Cloud architect certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plus
* Ideally, completed iSAQB CPSA-F or TOGAF Foundation training/certification
