TheMeasurement& Analytics business unit offers instrumentation solutions for the process industry, with a portfolio of the following innovativemeasurementtechnology solutions:
* Flow measurement technology
* Pressuremeasurementtechnology
* Temperaturemeasurementtechnology
* Levelmeasurementtechnology
* Electric actuators & positioners
* Service and digital solutions
As a member of the fieldsalesteam, you will be responsible for thesalesarea of north-western and central Switzerland. This includes providing competent support to existing customers and acquiring new customers. In addition to working from home, you will be responsible for selling the entire range of our product portfolio in the field of ABBmeasurementtechnology, mainly at the customer's premises. Your main tasks include:
* As a member of an expertsalesteam, you will take responsibility for yoursalesterritory in north-western and central Switzerland. You will not only inspire our existing customers, but also new customers.
* Thanks to your experience in the sale of measuring devices, you have learned not only negotiating skills but also how to present products to customers in all industries perfectly.
* Together with the internalsalesteam, you will process inquiries, prepare quotations and concepts through to order placement by the customer.
* You will look after your customers by regularly attending appointments at the customer's premises or via teams and on exhibitions. Additionally, you will advise the customer on technology in all industries, offer conditions and commercial matters (pricing).
Qualifications for the role:
* Successful degree as an engineer (or technician) in the field ofelectrical engineering,mechanical engineering,industrial engineering,chemical engineeringor a comparable field.
* At least two years of experience insalesofmeasurementtechnology. (Alternatively: technical experience in B2B automation andelectrical engineering)
* Fluent written and spokenGermanandEnglish(Frenchis an advantage)
* Personally, you convince us with your presentation skills as well as your analytical skills, which enable you to grasp technical issues well and develop solutions from them.
* You describe yourself as asales-oriented, collegial personality and are good at approaching other people.
