Your Role GUEST ADVISOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic personality to join the guest services team within our marketing function in Landquart Fashion Outlet.
Your Responsibilities Guest Experience & Tourism Operations Provide professional and welcoming service to our guests on site, by phone and email
Handle customer inquiries and ensure an outstanding visitor experience
Support the management of the Loyalty Program and guest communication (KPI reporting, performance tracking, data management)
Support tourism campaigns & events
Support seasonal activations and promotional initiatives
Conduct customer surveys
Promote and sell LFO services and tourism-related products
Marketing Support Assist in preparing reports and insights for management
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Assist in social media coordination and content preparation
General administrative tasks within the Marketing team
Your Profile Completed or ongoing studies in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (University / University of Applied Sciences preferred)
Initial professional experience in retail, tourism, hospitality or marketing is an advantage
Strong interest in marketing, branding and destination development
Commercial mindset and analytical curiosity
Service-oriented, communicative and confident in interacting with guests
Structured, proactive and self-driven working style
Eagerness to learn and develop
Fluent German and very good English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
