Analyst Product Management Private Multi-Asset Funds
Aufgaben
* Support new product launches and strategy extensions by coordinating across investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams
* Collaborate with sales and investments teams to understand complex requirements
* Assist the development of tailored solutions
* Produce high-quality marketing and fundraising materials for pitch decks, DDQs, RFIs and contribute to portfolio reviews and case studies
* Support all aspects of active fundraises for private market products, from product launch to final close
* Monitor market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics in the private market sector to inform fundraising efforts and product strategy
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement end-to-end solutions (Product, Service Delivery, IT, Business Management)
* Support the further development of the product management function
Qualifikation
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
* Previous professional experience at an asset management firm, an investment bank, a private bank or an investment advisory firm in a product management role relating to the fund business
* Understanding of the fund industry, the products and the competitors
* Strong analytical skills to support the development of product quality
* Team spirit and ability to take part in investment talks
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch flexibly between internal and external tasks as the situation demands while maintaining an open‑minded attitude
* Ability to earn respect and trust within the team and among other specialist teams through great care and accuracy
* Outstanding written and oral presentation skills in English
* Flair for IT and sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* English and German language proficiency
