As a Customer Care & Supply Chain Management Representative you will be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team to ensure customer needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Build relationship with Customer, act as the Voice Of the Customer within Givaudan and manage the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.

You will be based in Kemptthal and reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager Europe and SAMEA.

In this exciting role you will:

Sales order management

* Manage the sales order process for several assigned customers following Customer Care gidelines

Complaint Management / Escalation Management

* Be the entry point for all escalations where Customer Care Rep and Planning Rep did not find a suitable solution
* Release all complaints after verification

New wins / trial order

* Manage end-to-end new wins / trial orders
* Focus on customers following Commercial expectations

Customer Visits

* Join sales for customer visits as an expert to inform customers about the possibilities in a way or when there is a critical situation, such as an escalation or a complaint
* Provide customer with necessary solutions - from a supply chain perspective - to prevent issue from happening again

Your professional profile includes:

* High School or Secondary Education
* 3 years in the industry including customer-facing role
* Business Fluent in English; as an advantage additional language skills
* Knowledge of SAP and associated processes
* Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management
* Basic Inventory Management knowledge
* Understanding of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology
* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, (white/yellow belt)
