Key Responsibilities
* Development and advancement of a structured quality management system in the hotel
* Ensuring and continuously improving our existing standards across all departments
* Close collaboration with operational teams to drive sustainable process optimisation
* Analysis of guest feedback and implementation of concrete measures
* Preparation, support and follow up of internal and external audits
* Training and coaching of managers and employees on quality and standards
* Reporting and regular exchange with the General Manager
Your Profile
1. At least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
2. Including at least three years of professional experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry or upscale hospitality
3. Passion for quality, service culture, and process oriented thinking
4. Experience in quality or project management
5. Structured, analytical, and self reliant working style
6. Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a keen sense for people
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional presence
8. Very good command of both spoken and written German and English
9. Enjoyment of
