ICT System Administrator - Aarau - up to 125k CHF

We are working with a well-established IT service provider in the Aarau region that supports public institutions and government clients. With a close-knit team, they implement tailored IT solutions and ensure smooth operations across a range of public sector environments.
They are currently looking to hire an ICT System Administrator to join their operations team and take ownership of critical infrastructure in a dynamic, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage a modern ICT infrastructure, supporting daily operations and system performance
2. Lead configuration and deployment using SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
3. Drive software distribution and automation with PowerShell and PSADT
4. Proactively develop strategies to reduce incidents and enhance system reliability
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement forward-thinking IT solutions
6. Get hands-on with ongoing projects and daily IT challenges in a flat, agile structure
Ideal Experience / Background:
1. Completed IT training or equivalent experience in infrastructure/system administration
2. Strong hands-on skills with SCCM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and PowerShell
3. Experience in software packaging (PSADT knowledge is a plus)
4. A proactive, solution-driven mindset with an eagerness to innovate
5. Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment with a startup spirit
6. Fluent in German (B2 level or higher) for effective daily communication
7. Strong service orientation and a collaborative approach to team dynamics
