Position
To continue the qualitative development of entrusted and upcoming mandates, they are pleased to recruit, in partnership with HR TOP SA, a 100% Executive Assistant.
Role
The Executive Assistant will act as the primary contact point between internal and external stakeholders. Recognized for professionalism, skills, and a lively, proactive personality, you will be a key person in the organization.
Responsibilities
* Organize and participate in internal sessions, board meetings, and general assemblies of multiple companies, including minute-taking and follow-up of decisions.
* Support the director, particularly for real estate projects and in notarial or banking relations.
* Contribute actively to the smooth running of operational processes.
* Manage schedules, communications, secretarial duties, and appointment coordination efficiently and flexibly.
* Autonomously prepare presentations, reports, and analyses with precision.
Required Profile
* Solid experience in a similar role (federally certified Executive Assistant is a plus).
* Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
* Open, proactive, autonomous, and organized personality.
* Very good communication and French writing skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Messerli is a plus).
* Innate discretion in handling confidential information.
* Ability to build trustworthy relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Swiss nationality or C permit, residing in the canton of Fribourg or willing to establish there.
