To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist (m/w/d) Your mission: As the holder of this position, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the quality, completeness, and consistency of master data in the ERP or MDM system in order to enable efficient business processes and reliable analyses. Main tasks and responsibilities: Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of material, customer, supplier, or product master data. Entering and checking new data records. Performing regular plausibility and duplicate checks. Implementing change processes, including approval processes. Working closely with other departments (purchasing, sales, production, logistics, finance). Supporting the definition and further development of master data processes. Creating evaluations and reports on data quality. Participating in migration or harmonization projects. Examining manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and productivity using Six Sigma tools; identifying problems in production, deriving suitable optimizations, and implementing best practices. Your profile: Completed commercial or technical training or degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics, or comparable qualification. Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor). Good knowledge of master data objects (such as materials, accounts receivable, accounts payable, parts lists). Basic knowledge of data management, data quality, and process documentation. Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
