Your responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager you will:
* Build, progress and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
* Effectively and diligently prospect for new customers
* Take ownership of the Sales Process as you progress each opportunity
* Use all available tools to record and monitor progress
* Identify Key Accounts and develop a strategy for each
* Be the main commercial point of contact for each customer in your territory
* Collaborate with internal teams
* Be the face of Carbogen-Amcis and represent the company in a positive manner always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You will attend:
* Conferences, networking events and other industry events
* Sales meetings, team meetings, 121’s and training courses
* Meeting with new and existing customers to grow the business
You will have responsibility for:
* Keeping reporting tools up to date and communicating major changes to the Head of Business Development
* Negotiating CDA’s, Supply Agreements and price increases
* Management of your travel and expenses in line with company expectations and budget, submitting expenses on time and in full.
Your Profile:
* At least 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life science sectors
* Experience of sales in a highly competitive environment
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Work effectively in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team
* Fluent in German and English
