Basic Function

Provide active support to Sales Representatives in the preparation of BEX-R and MOD offers, ensure technical feasibility and fine‑tuning of BEX‑R and MOD projects, support Supervisors in material ordering, coordinate between operations, head office and factories, and guarantee the technical and financial success of BEX‑R and MOD projects.


Responsibilities

* Technical feasibility: analyze shaft survey sheets, perform feasibility studies, draw up AutoCAD sketches, confirm compliance with contracts.
* Establishment of BEX‑R and MOD offers: guide sales representatives in eLog configuration, assist supervisors during schedule validation, monitor financial performance and challenge vendors on budgets.
* Plan coordination: prepare necessary files for the technical office, coordinate plan adaptation, validate plans with supervisors and sales representatives.
* New products and product developments: provide training for salespeople and supervisors on product upgrades and new product launches.
* Continuous improvement: ensure feedback and handling of hazards.

Ensure that the company's absolutes (quality, safety and ethics) and all applicable policies, procedures, rules, standards and fundamentals are respected and complied with; guarantee the confidentiality of information provided.


Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

* Technical training, professional diploma.
* Technical knowledge of elevator products, construction sites and systems.
* 5 years’ experience in elevator installation, modernization or sales.
* Valid driving in the country.


Computer Skills

* AutoCAD highly recommended.
* Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* eLogistics and NE MOD CRM.


Native Language

* French for the West region.
* German for Central and Eastern region.
* Italian for Southern region.
* Fluency in English; all company documentation and information are in English.
* Additional assets: a language from another region of Switzerland and Spanish.

* Organization, analytical skills, sense of priorities, rigor, reliability, results orientation.
* Communication skills, ability to coordinate and influence, proactivity, initiative, enterprising character.
* Adaptability and resilience.


Collaboration With Other Functions

* Main internal contacts: Delivery Ops, Sales Administration support Lead, Product Manager, Service Branch Manager, Service Salesrep, Supervisor, FOD, Technical Office, CACC, Otis Production Center.
* Main external contacts: Suppliers (non‑Otis), DSV / Logistics platforms.
* Possible: All other OTIS departments, architects, building managers/owners, authorities.


Other

* Position requires spending time on customer sites; sufficient mobility to access construction environments and/or use stairs.
* Regular travel between head office, regional office and customer sites is required, with occasional overnight stays away from home.
