Role Description
To make our vision a reality, Senbiosys is searching for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Are you ready to help us redefine the future of wearables?
This is a full-time on-site role in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical product support, troubleshooting hardware defects, and improving our smart ring. The role will involve analyzing warranty claims and handling warranty-related tasks in close cooperation with engineering and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations team to have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the product's hardware and software features.
* Physically troubleshoot and test returned units in our lab.
* Develop testing software and algorithms.
* Analyze and report testing results and processes to support continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge sharing across the teams.
* Present findings and solutions to internal stakeholders.
* Assist customer support with technical questions and issues, acting as the point of contact for technical support matters.
* Help develop remote diagnostic tools and methods.
* Coordinate warranty returns with the logistics team.
* Create inspection and testing procedures and work instructions for third-party returns operators.
* Manage returns inventory.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least three years of work experience in a similar environment.
* Experience with microelectronics.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of failure analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
* Effective communication skills among stakeholders.
* Good proficiency in English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Project management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, electronics preferred, or practical microelectronics and firmware knowledge.
* European citizenship or work permit in Switzerland.
