We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Owner of our hotel. This role involves managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings and international travel, and serving as a key liaison between the owner and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements. Coordinate and confirm business meetings across different time zones with partners, and clients. Organize all aspects of domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and visa arrangements. Accompany the owner on business trips when required, providing on-the-ground support and ensuring smooth execution of schedules. Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and meeting requests; prioritize communication and respond on behalf of the owner when appropriate. Prepare briefings, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up correspondence as needed. Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times. Assist with some personal errands or tasks, especially those that intersect with business activities.
