Role Overview We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide End User Device support, operate an IT service kiosk, and deliver'smart hands' support for global IT teams. Operate an IT service kiosk
Deliver 'smart hands' support
Handle incident management
Handle service requests
Hardware replacement and setup
Coordinate device lifecycle

Requirements IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience
Windows OS, O365, basic networking
Hardware troubleshooting
Ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Strong user-facing communication
Flexible and team oriented person
Experienced working in multinational teams
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
Criminal record extract not older than three months
