This role is responsible for designing, governing, and driving the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into robust technology solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, operational excellence objectives, and long-term technology roadmaps. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands‑on architectural leadership. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Enterprise Architecture Solution Design /h3 ul liDesign and architect scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. /li liDevelop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical standards, design principles, and governance frameworks. /li liProduce comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, integration patterns, system diagrams, and technical specifications. /li liEnsure infrastructure solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements. /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, performance, and business value. /li /ul h3Strategic Technology Planning /h3 ul liCollaborate with Infrastructure Operations leadership to define and maintain the enterprise infrastructure roadmap. /li liTranslate business strategies and operational requirements into practical technology solutions and implementation plans. /li liConduct technology assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions. /li liIdentify opportunities for platform consolidation, optimisation, automation, and modernisation. /li /ul h3Technical Leadership /h3 ul liProvide architectural leadership and technical direction across infrastructure programmes and projects. /li liLead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and technology evaluations. /li liReview and approve technical designs developed by engineering and delivery teams. /li liAct as the highest level escalation point for complex infrastructure and architecture challenges. /li liMentor engineers and technical specialists, promoting best practices and architectural excellence. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Governance /h3 ul liPartner closely with Application Development, Security, Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and Business stakeholders. /li liPresent architecture recommendations, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. /li liFacilitate architecture review boards, design workshops, and governance forums. /li liBuild strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery. /li /ul h3Implementation Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liOversee the implementation of approved infrastructure solutions and ensure adherence to architectural standards. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, performance, and operational maturity. /liliSupport disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience, and high-availability planning. /li liMonitor technology trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve infrastructure capabilities and service delivery. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. /li liRelevant industry certifications are highly desirable. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, or Technical Architecture roles. /li liProven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions within complex environments. /li liExperience operating within highly regulated and security-conscious organisations is advantageous. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liStrong expertise across enterprise infrastructure technologies, including cloud, automation, virtualization, networking, security, and DevOps. /li liProven ability to design and support scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
