Public Relations OfficerYour responsibilities:- Coordinate the logistics of press visits and ensure post-event follow-up (request management, analysis of coverage).- Participate in the implementation of various events such as product launches, trade fairs, or project progress, including their budgetary dimension, in connection with your manager and/or the team.- Manage and monitor press relations: processing requests (print media, digital, social networks, influencers), updating databases, and supporting department activities.- Analyze and monitor coverage and produce regular reports.- Contribute to the deployment of communication plans and launches: creation of materials, schedules, and management of various content: correspondence, mailings, and social media accounts.Profile:- Experience of 3 to 4 years in a public relations position.- General culture.- Mastery of French and English; any other language is an asset.- Strong writing skills and ease with oral communication.- Acute sense of organization and effective management of priorities.- Mastery of office tools (MS Office) and the Adobe suite.- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders (journalists, media, partners).- Analytical mind and synthesis capacity, with rigor and precision.- Respect for confidentiality and discretion.- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.- Proactivity and ability to propose solutions.- Open-mindedness and adaptability.- Residence in Switzerland.- Temporary assignment. jidcaea1c3aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
