Role Overview
Join IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) to provide deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients worldwide. You’ll support clients in their hybrid and AI journeys, accelerating impact through IBM’s technology platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Assist the Client Partner in Switzerland.
Collate and update IBM AI adoption offerings and align them to client needs.
Create presentations to position IBM in client meetings.
Plan and prepare client meetings, events and workshops.
Support business development activities and internal reporting on opportunities.
Develop response material for proposals.
Coordinate team and internal processes on sales bids.
Create material for oral presentation sessions.
Produce reports for sales and delivery cadence calls.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree completed by September 2026 or earlier. Candidate must plan to start a master’s degree in the autumn or winter of 2026.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and relationship building across business and technical teams.
Ability to support business development activities within the Application Operations service line.
Strong communication skills with active listening, combined with adaptability and a proactive approach.
Ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated interest in financial services, digital transformation, and operational excellence with an analytical mindset.
High level of initiative, curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to continuously develop business and technical understanding.
Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
Swiss or EU nationality or a valid Swiss work permit.
Additional Information
This position is based within the Hybrid Cloud & Data service line. The role is a student fixed‑term internship (Master’s program). Work arrangement: Hybrid. No travel required.
