IT Project Manager
Experis is supporting one of its clients in the recruitment of an IT Project Manager to strengthen its IT organisation within a complex and highly structured environment. You will be responsible for managing IT projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The role combines program and project management, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects and programs throughout their lifecycle
* Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and objectives
* Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget changes
* Provide reporting and visibility at portfolio level
* Coordinate interdependencies between multiple projects
* Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and controls
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
* Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
Profile Requirements
* Higher education in IT, Information Systems, or related field
* Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, Hermes, or equivalent)
* Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs
* Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
* Solid experience with budget management, risk management, and change management
* Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory environments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
