Responsibilities
* Actively clean and support the team in maintaining guest rooms and public areas – this is a hands-on role, not just supervision
* Lead by example by working side-by-side with your team, ensuring efficiency and quality
* Inspect rooms and public areas to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Assist in organizing daily housekeeping tasks and workflow to optimize productivity
* Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring high team morale
* Manage linen and cleaning supply stock, ensuring availability and proper use
* Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly
Your Profile
* Experience in housekeeping or a similar leadership role
* Hands-on mentality – willing to actively participate in cleaning and supporting the team
* Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility
* Team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead and motivate others
* Good German or English skills, additional languages are a plus
