Csr and finance coordinator

Swedish CSR and Finance company and European leader in promotional textiles, New Wave Group SA is active in the fields of sportswear, promotional and professional clothing and distributes 12 brands in Switzerland, including Craft, and thirty people work within its Swiss subsidiary established in Cortaillod (Neuchâtel). You will join the Finance team composed of 3 people, which ensures the financial management of the company's Swiss activities, the headquarters in Asia, as well as projects related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).CSR and Finance mission:- Drive the CSR approach, ensure group reporting (Worldfavor) and produce the annual report- Ensure the reliability of CSR data and align them with group and client requirements- Monitor labels and products and ensure the consistency of materials and support teams in good CSR practices- Ensure the management and financial monitoring of our structures, contribute to financial reporting and contribute to the analysis of variances and expenses- Contribute to the monitoring and development of the internal X system (SCI)- Ensure a back-up role within the Finance teamYour profile:- Higher education or equivalent experience- Marked interest in CSR, with initial experience in the field and a foundation in finance- Very good knowledge of French, with a minimum B2 level in English and German- Very good command of common tools (Microsoft Office suite)- Ability to structure and create clear materials- Ease and ability to collaborate with various stakeholdersThe position:- Percentage: 80 to 100%- Start date: or to be agreed- Duration of contract: IndefiniteWe offer you:- 6 weeks of vacation, including 1 fixed- Good social benefits- A human and sporty work environmentDo you recognize yourself in this advertisement?
