Tasks

* Drive sales growth and expand market reach for SERVALX.
* Proactively acquire new customers in Switzerland or Germany.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and advise clients on strategies.


Skills

* Experience in complex IT sales, ideally in Service Management and Low-Code.
* Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
* Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on closing deals.

We, PLAIN IT AG, are setting new standards in service management with SERVALX and thus in end-to-end digitalization. Additionally, the low-code approach, based on the Mendix development platform, strengthens the strong and sustainable positioning. This enables us to implement fast, simple, and value-adding introductions via MVP as well as quick adjustments and further developments. SERVALX is established in the market and we want to take the next step together with you!

Are you eager to support us on the path to quickly and sustainably establish this innovative product in new markets? Then you are our new

Build-up and further development of our sales with our established product SERVALX to drive market expansion

Active and independent acquisition of new customers in the Swiss or German market

Active stakeholder management and consulting of medium and large customers on digitalization and service management strategies

Management of complex sales processes from lead qualification to contract conclusion

Participation in events, trade fairs, and partner events


YOUR QUALITIES ARE…

* Solid knowledge and experience in complex IT sales, ideally in the field of service management, enterprise software, and platform solutions / no- and low-code
* Experience in stakeholder management, an existing network, and proven success in similar positions
* Higher education in computer science / business informatics and/or business administration / sales or comparable experience
* Entrepreneurial thinking and strong closing orientation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* German as a native language and good English skills

Willingness to travel within the sales area
