Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects in building technology and infrastructures (electrical panels, electrical installations, electromechanical, photovoltaic, home automation, telecommunications, multimedia, HVAC, etc.).
Oversee project planning, financial monitoring, gross margin, as well as consolidation and validation of measurements.
Develop long‑term strategic vision for assigned projects and guide technical and organizational choices.
Serve as the main contact point for clients and manage contractual relationships.
Supervise, train, and support internal employees, including field team management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct internal project reviews with project managers and hierarchy, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline objectives are met.
Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and implement appropriate action plans.
Promote and maintain sustainable business relationships with various project stakeholders.
Ensure reliable reporting and smooth communication with management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic technical training such as a CFC (Federal VET Diploma) as an electrician installer, telematics technician, or automation technician, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Higher education such as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, a federal diploma as an electrician project manager, or a federal master electrician installer diploma (or equivalent foreign diplomas recognized in Switzerland).
Ideally completed by a specialization in project management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in building technology, infrastructures, or a general contractor company.
Excellent mastery of project financial monitoring, SIA standards, CFC codes, as well as MS Project, Winprogitel, and Office Suite tools.
Strong leadership, team spirit, and proven ability to motivate and supervise multiple teams in a matrix environment.
Very good command of French; German is an asset.
Driving license required.
