Senior Packaging Data and Operations Specialist vacancy for our Münchwilen based client in the Manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
* Manage all packaging-related data within master data management systems
* Ensure data integrity and support the packaging code lifecycle
* Enable operational efficiency and ensure packaging compliance with relevant legislation
* Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for packaging projects

Qualifications
* Proven experience (3+ years) in data management, documentation, project coordination, or operational support, preferably within a technical or regulated environment. Successful leadership of pack development projects and experience in applying cross-functional stakeholder management at a local level are highly valued.
* Solid understanding of Compliance and Regulatory, Cost Management, and Operational Excellence
* Foundational understanding of Data Science & Digitalization, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Innovation, Packaging Development, Project Management, and Quality
* Commercial or technical educational background (e.g., commercial apprenticeship with further education, technical degree, or equivalent).
* Language skills: English C1 Level is required; German is beneficial.
