You’ll be part of a high-performing team that supports compliance across multiple regions, with a strong focus on: /p ul liCustoms Compliance: Ensure adherence to customs regulations for shipments from Asia Pacific and Latin America to the EU and UK. /li liTrade Expertise: Apply your customs knowledge to support smooth operations. In this role, the classification of our products will be the main key element of the day-to-day workload. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (e.g., product teams, logistics, master data) and external stakeholders (e.g., consultant, customs authorities, brokers, carriers) to document drive the classification process. /li liProcess Improvement: Take part in partnering with external parties to fine-tune the classification process and tools used. This includes an AI driven engine that supports the classification process in 4 jurisdictions across Europe and is linked to a global roll-out on classification across the globe (US Asia). /li /ul pbSkills for Success: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in economics, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /li liA few years of progressive experience in customs or trade compliance and more specifically a strong connection to the classification process of products according to the EU tariff scheme. /li liStrong understanding of customs legislation and operational processes. /li liExcellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets. /li liFluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems, open to learn work with the AI driven engine (Trade Classifier) used in today’s processes. /li liOccasional travel within Europe is required to support audits, team collaboration, and engagement with customs authorities and external partners. /li /ul pbAbout VF /b /p pVF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
