Ihre Aufgaben
* Installation, maintenance and repairs, qualification and certification of industrial products in accordance with customer, internal and external regulations.
* Consulting and supporting customers in the respective regions regarding our products and service offerings.
* Ensuring and reporting quality standards and performed work.
* Collaboration within the service team and professional representation of the company.
* Participation in on‑call duty.
Ihr Profil
* Successfully completed technical training in electrical engineering, polymechanics or similar.
* Ideally prior experience in a comparable function.
* High independence, efficiency, reliability, flexibility, strong quality and responsibility awareness.
* Friendly and engaging customer interaction.
* PC skills (e.g. MS Windows, MS Office) and a good understanding of IT/Software topics.
* Fluent Italian and very good German and English skills.
* Residence in the Lugano/Mendrisio area for optimal customer deployment.
