You manage joint accounts (monthly and annual advances). You conduct interviews with clients while collaborating with various service providers and social insurance institutions. You participate in company projects (test). You communicate with clients by phone, mail, and email in French as well as German. What you bring to HOTELA: You possess a commercial diploma of type CFC or equivalent. You are a French speaker and fluently speak German (B2-C1). Knowledge of social insurances is an asset.
