Senior Reporting Regulatory Professional
Location: Baar, CH

We are one of the largest global private markets investment managers, serving over 800 institutional investors worldwide. We have USD 174 billion in assets under management and around 2,000 professionals across 23 offices worldwide. Partners Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity.

What it’s about
We are looking for a senior professional to join our Regulatory Reporting team in our Zug office. In this role, you will drive the preparation and oversight of regulatory reports for Partners Group and its clients. This position offers broad exposure to a variety of regulatory frameworks, and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders such as service providers and auditors. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights for Partners Group's clients, business development, and decision makers. Additional responsibilities include supporting fundraising activities and performing research and analyses on regulatory developments, reinforcing Partners Group's commitment to rigorous reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review, and oversee regulatory reports – including expense transparency (e.g., PRIIPs, MiFID II, TER‑OAK) and sustainability‑related disclosures (e.g., SFDR, EU Taxonomy) – ensuring accuracy and timeliness across reporting cycles. This includes direct preparation of reports and bespoke analyses, as well as critical oversight and sign‑off of reports produced by external service providers

Drive process design and implementation efforts by collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to develop tools and workflows that enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity

Support the team's subject matter experts on a portfolio of regulatory topics and initiatives, for example with analyses on regulatory developments, industry standards, and client expectations to proactively assess the impact on reporting frameworks

Contribute to broader process, system, and control improvement projects as well as other business department or company‑wide initiatives and fundraising efforts

What we expect

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study

4–8 years of experience in financial services, ideally in alternative investments or regulatory reporting in the fund industry

Solid understanding of general accounting concepts

Strong interest in regulatory frameworks relevant to the fund industry, such as PRIIPs, MiFID, Swiss TER‑OAK, SFDR, Solvency II, and CRR. Previous work experience involving these frameworks is preferred

Demonstrated experience in project‑based work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful outcomes

Flair for data management and systems, with a passion for working with large datasets and implementing solutions with a developer team

Prior exposure to programming (SQL, Python) is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, curious and agile mindset

Proficiency in English required; proficiency in German is an advantage
