In this strategic leadership role, you will accelerate the deployment of innovation across the Infant and Toddler Nutrition category, ensuring local market needs are translated into strong global pipelines. You will shape category RD strategy, identify new innovation opportunities, and build external partnerships to enhance scientific and technological capabilities.
