We are looking for a passionate and slightly quirky Sous Chef (m/w/d) to join our team immediately or by arrangement. Our establishments are vibrant and diverse, serving as meeting places where visions, dreams, and ideas are passionately discussed. Responsibilities
1. Ensure a seamless operation during à la carte lunch and dinner services.
2. Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen team (up to 20 cooks and 5 office staff).
3. Actively participate in various kitchen stations.
4. Prepare mise-en-place and handle post-service clean-up.
5. Oversee and assist with daily kitchen cleaning.
6. Maintain an overview of two restaurants and ensure smooth operation at all times.
7. Perform tasks assigned by the head chef.
8. Ensure quality control, proper storage, and inventory management of ingredients.
9. Assist with procurement and ordering processes.
10. Organize and store supplies properly.
Qualifications
1. Completed culinary training and/or extensive professional experience.
2. First leadership experience.
3. High standards of quality and efficiency in food preparation.
4. Flexibility and attention to detail.
5. Team spirit and passion for the culinary arts and ingredients.
