Temporary Position – 6 months
Summary
The person is responsible for providing overall HR administrative support for Europe region. This position will interact with all levels of staff in the assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to HR Europe Team for tasks related to employee’s life cycle (contracts, addendums, acknowledgement letters, etc.. )
* Managing administrative onboarding for the assigned territory (IT access, gathering employees’ documents, updating HRIS)
* Monitoring and updating leave trackers and systems for the region
* Supporting HR Europe Team on ad hoc projects
* Submitting various declarations and reports to different providers and administrations
* Maintaining and updating personnel files
Requirements
* Commercial degree, CFC or equivalent diploma. HR certification is a plus
* 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role, ideally for an international or a multicultural company
* Fluent in French and English, good level of German, any other European language is a strong asset
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Well-organized, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information and willing to learn
* Previous experience on a HRIS is a plus
