We at Swissblock, are a Private Wealth Manager which is on a mission to lead the way in crypto and cross-asset investing. With a keen understanding that timing is paramount, we employ a systematic approach that combines robust algorithmic trading with exhaustive cross-asset market analysis.

To support our growing team and the increasing complexity of our operations, we’re looking for an on-site, experienced and autonomous HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team.


What you’ll do:

You’ll play a key role by:

* Owning the Swiss payroll process in-house and liaising with our external German and Italian payroll providers.
* Preparing key HR documents and overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including agreements, amendments, confirmations, and terminations.
* Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR information system.
* Taking care of benefits, insurance, and leave administration by coordination with our brokers.
* Managing the office: overseeing employee access management, ordering of kitchen and office supplies and maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment.


What you’ll bring:


Required:

* 5+ years of HR experience, including full end-to-end payroll processes for Switzerland.
* Federal HR diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. (C1)
* Hands‑on experience with HR systems and MS Office tools.
* Deep understanding of Swiss labour law and social insurances.
* Proactive and reliable mindset, with a service‑oriented attitude and team spirit.


Nice-to-Haves:

* Familiarity with Swiss HR software (e.g. BambooHR or Abacus).
* Experience working in a FINMA regulated company.
