As a successful training broker, you will have a professional understanding of the consulting market and be capable of identifying opportunities for high-ticket initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an aspirational business achiever, comfortable with opening conversations with key decision makers, advising, and closing deals while maintaining relationships with clients. A strong network of corporate contacts is essential for this role.

This self-employed independent consulting role offers full autonomy, excellent returns, and an exciting opportunity to carve out a substantial share of the global corporate training market.

Salary and Benefits

This is a broker commission-based role with returns based on each contract. The OTE (On Target Earnings) is £30,000 per month per contract secured. Successful brokers aim to return 500k to 1 million plus per year.
