Our client is a well-established and growing company in the manufacturing industry, operating in a dynamic and international environment. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Controller to join their team in the greater Zürich area.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accurate financial analysis and variance reporting.
Collaborate closely with department heads to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Monitor cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
Develop and track key performance indicators to support management decision-making.
Ensure financial compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
Continuously improve controlling tools and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or business administration (CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus).
3-5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and business acumen.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
Fluent in English and German, French is an advantage.
