Purpose
The role will be responsible for managing and developing the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, digital marketing, and operational coordination. The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.
* Monitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention.
* Coordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners.
* Manage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities.
* Oversee online merchandising, content management, and customer journey optimization.
* Collaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
* Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
* Coordinate external technology partners and suppliers.
* Support CRM and loyalty strategy development.
* Contribute to the optimization of customer experience and omnichannel processes.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.
* Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of B2C e-commerce dynamics.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
* Strong data-driven and performance‑oriented mindset.
* Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
