As Country Rewards Manager (m/f/d), you play a pivotal role in shaping the reward landscape of our Swiss Business Unit. You will lead all compensation, benefits, and people‑cost processes, ensuring they are well‑planned, well‑governed, and fully aligned with our business priorities.
In this role, you act as the local subject‑matter expert for payroll, incentive plans, pensions, and reward operations, while working closely with the Rewards Center of Expertise (CoE) to bring consistent, scalable, and employee‑centric solutions to life.
Success in this position requires a strong analytical mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that guide decision‑making and strengthen our talent and performance processes.
* Manage Switzerland’s reward operations, including payroll‑related processes, incentives, and employee lifecycle compensation
* Apply reward policies consistently and ensure alignment with Swiss standards and company guidelines
* Lead people‑cost planning and forecasting for the Swiss organization in partnership with Finance
* Analyze compensation and workforce data to provide insights for Swiss leadership teams
* Support local workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational changes
* Collaborate with global Rewards teams to implement frameworks adapted to the Swiss setup
* Advise managers, HRBPs, and employees on compensation topics and talent decisions
* Improve reward processes, reporting, and systems used in the Swiss market
* Provide training and guidance to strengthen reward understanding across HR and line managers
* University degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
* 4 - 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics in Switzerland
* Strong understanding of Swiss compensation structures, payroll processes, and benefits practices
* High attention to detail with strong process reliability
* Problem‑solving mindset and ability to recommend practical solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* Ability to influence without formal authority and manage diverse stakeholder needs
* Proficiency in German and English
