For this reason, we are looking for a Sales Representative to be based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. Supporting Customer Success department in all B2C sales tasks.
Your Mission:
* Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.
* Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal : upsell.
* Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
* Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
* Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.
* Create a real connection with our customers.
* Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.
Your Weapons:
* High school diploma or similar
* Fluent English is mandatory.
* German is also mandatory (native or at least C1), Italian or French is a plus
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be required
* You are born to sell, and if not you would like to
* Superb interpersonal and soft skills
* Strong self-motivation
* Ability to work in a team, and to motivate your teammates
* Ability and will to surpass yourself
