Manpower Senior Consultant Hygiene Projects (m/w/d) ? 100% For our client Lonza, a leading global company in the life sciences industry, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant Hygiene Projects (m/f/d) to join their team in Visp. Location: Visp, Switzerland Workload: 100% (41 hours/week) Start date: As soon as possible / Duration: Approx. 1 year (maternity leave cover) Your Responsibilities - Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of hygiene standards at the Visp site - Act as a key interface between Production, QA, Monitoring, Engineering and EHS in the field of contamination control - Plan, lead and execute hygiene-related projects (material transfer, gowning, cleaning, disinfection, cleanroom behavior) - Take responsibility for planning, coordinating and performing Cleanroom Performance Qualifications (PQs) in compliance with GMP and site requirements - Prepare, maintain and update GMP-relevant documentation (SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, change controls) - Investigate deviations in hygiene and environmental monitoring, perform root cause analyses and track CAPAs - Initiate and manage change requests (CRs) - Ensure timely closure of deviations in line with quality system requirements - Identify and implement improvement measures to harmonize hygiene processes across production areas - Support and represent hygiene topics during internal/external audits and inspections - Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen hygiene awareness across the site Your Profile - Degree or vocational training in a scientific field (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, Bioprocess Engineering or similar) - Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in contamination control, cleanroom hygiene or quality management - Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and experience with related documentation (SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, change controls) - Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage - Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach - Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment - Independent, reliable and quality-focused personality What We Offer - Opportunity to work in a leading international life sciences company - Dynamic and innovative work environment - Attractive employment conditions through Manpower - Valuable experience in a highly regulated GMP setting Interested?
