We are seeking a skilled and proactive 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support across a diverse range of operating systems, security platforms, and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong troubleshooting mindset and experience supporting both standard IT environments and trading/operations platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support for: Operating Systems : Windows 11, Chrome OS, iOS, Android, Windows Server
Security Tools : PaloAlto GlobalProtect, Cortex, BitLocker, Windows Security
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Enterprise Platforms : Microsoft O365, Google Suite, ServiceNow
Infrastructure Tools : Active Directory, SCCM, Google Admin Console, PXE OS Deployment
Networking : Cisco (working knowledge), Citrix environments
Manage and support Google Meet device infrastructure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
Support trading and operations applications (preferred): Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, TT Trader, ICE Connect/Chat, Allegro
Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a 2nd line support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems
Familiarity with enterprise security tools and endpoint protection
Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and OS deployment methods
Exposure to trading platforms and financial applications is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Fluent English is essential
