This role owns the month-end close process, leads day-to-day accounting operations, and supports strategic decisions with clean, well-controlled financial data. By building strong processes and guiding the accounting team, the Accounting Manager enables leadership to make faster, better-informed business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**: **Requirements / Knowledge:**Experience supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting, analysis, and clear communication of financial results.Ability to understand how operational activities flow through to the financial statements.Experience working within a control framework and supporting audits and compliance requirements. **Technical skills** 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years experience in a similar Accounting Manager or senior-level role.Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems.Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort working with large data sets. **Additional skills**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive follow-through.High attention to detail paired with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
