You will collaborate closely with product management, data engineering, business analysis, user experience, data science, and security teams to realize our product vision. Your goal will be to create a secure, compliant, performant, and sustainable data landscape critical for democratizing access to BR’s data.Major ResponsibilitiesDesign enterprise-quality data architecture for our productsUpdate designs based on agile team learningsConsider impact on BR- and Novartis-wide data ecosystemsDefine and drive solutions for smooth data flow and connectivity across scientific domainsPromote adoption of best practices in product teamsDesign, implement, and maintain security and infrastructure requirementsCollaborate with Architecture and Operations teams to ensure timely deliveryLead architectural improvements and standardization effortsDevelop automated processes for deploying solutionsEnsure controls for configuration management and change authorizationCreate detailed solution designs to meet quality and performance standardsMajor AccountabilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in data architecture and experience with scientific data types relevant to drug discovery, including biology, chemistry, and clinical data.
