For an important international organization operating in the medical-scientific sector, we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
The selected candidate will join the Membership & Registration team and will be mainly responsible for reviewing, updating and cleaning data within the company CRM system.
Main Responsibilities
* Review and update data within Salesforce CRM
* Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies and missing information
* Validate and correct administrative and account data
* Ensure database quality, accuracy and consistency
* Support administrative and customer service activities within the department
Requirements
* Diploma or university degree
* Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities
* Strong analytical skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision
* Familiarity with IT tools, databases and CRM systems (SalesForce)
* Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
