Your Responsibilities
You manage the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for Spot RFQ, Spare parts and development projects
You follow‑up on projects from first design to Start of Production (SOP)
You handle Signal Code management in the ERP
You track orders and ensure proper follow‑up
You update Project Milestone Tracking (PMT) dashboards and documentation
You support the Purchasing parameters maintenance in the ERP (INFOR LN)
You contribute to Make‑or‑Buy sourcing project management
You support continuous process improvement initiatives
Your profile
You hold a master’s degree in Purchasing with Project Management knowledge, in Management with a Purchasing specialization or in Engineering with a Project Management focus
You have experience in an international multi‑site company
You ideally have experience in Automotive and/or Avionics, or Hydraulics
You have project management skills such as summarizing multi‑canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number level
You are proficient in Excel; knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA would be an advantage
You are proficient in English (TOEIC higher than 750) and another language such as German, French or Mandarin would be a plus
You demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, leadership, and genuine technical curiosity
You are comfortable reporting to Directors and managing negotiations with suppliers and internal key partners
